End User License Agreement

Your license to use Neurolith's website, Discord bot and the calls it produces, and what that license doesn't allow.

Acceptance

By using the Neurolith website, the Neurolith Discord bot or any call they produce, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Neurolith.

Grant of License

Subject to this EULA, Neurolith grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the website and bot and to use the calls, scores and reports they produce for your own personal decision-making. The license covers use, not ownership: Neurolith keeps all rights in the service, its models and its outputs.

What This Covers

  • The Neurolith website, including the analyzer and your dashboard.
  • The Neurolith Discord bot and its commands.
  • Calls, scores, reports, PDFs and other content Neurolith produces for you.

Permitted Use

  • Run analyses and read, save and act on calls for your own trading decisions.
  • Share an individual call occasionally with friends or in a conversation, with credit to Neurolith, as long as it is not part of a paid or commercial offering.

Restrictions

  • Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute calls or outputs commercially, for example in a paid signal group, a subscription channel or another product, without written permission.
  • Do not scrape the website or bot, run automated or bulk requests, or use outputs to build a dataset or train a competing model.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer or try to extract Neurolith's models, prompts, scoring methods or source code.
  • Do not present Neurolith's calls as your own analysis or as financial advice.
  • Do not use Neurolith in a way that breaks the terms of Discord or any other platform you use it on.

Third-Party Platforms & Data

Neurolith works with platforms and data it does not own or control, including Discord, public blockchains, decentralised exchanges and market data providers. This EULA covers only your license from Neurolith; it does not change those third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, errors or changes.

No Warranty of Accuracy or Continued Availability

Calls reflect the data and models available when they run. Markets change, data can be delayed or wrong, and models can be fooled by manipulation. Features, supported chains and models may change over time. Neurolith is provided as-is, as described in the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you break this EULA, and when your account is closed. Ending the license does not entitle you to a refund except as the Refund Policy allows.

Relationship to Other Policies

This EULA works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Risk Disclosure. Where this EULA is silent, the Terms of Service apply.

Changes & Contact
